Sampreet Sharma won Boys U-16 Singles final of All India Tennis Tournament Championship Series played on Wednesday. He defeated Atharv Raj Balani in straight sets by 6-1, 6-0 to lift the title. Similarly, Mili Chug defeated Arshpreet Kaur in the Girls U-16 final in straight sets by 6-4, 6-2 to lift the trophy.
The tournament was organised by Chhattisgarh State Tennis Association (CSTA) in association with All India Tennis Association at Chhattisgarh Club and Union Club respectively from December 21 to 23.
CSTA executive president Avtar Juneja, Badminton Association general secretary Sanjay Mishra and CSTA assistant secretary Sushil Balani were the guests and they distributed prizes to the winners and runners up.
