The 2003-Batch IAS officer, A Kulbhushan Toppo, has been posted as Commissioner of Raipur Revenue Division with additional charge of Durg Revenue Division. Presently, Toppo is posted as Director, Chhattisgarh Administrative Academy. An order to this effect was issued by the general administration department of Chhattisgarh government on Saturday.
Another 2003-batch IAS officer Govind Ram Churendra, presently posted as Commissioner Raipur Revenue Division with additional charge of Bastar Revenue Division, has been posted as Commissioner, Bastar Revenue Division.
