Judo training session begins

A training session underway at Subhash Stadium on Thursday

As Judo training at Judo Hall of Netaji Subhash Stadium has begun, Chhattisgarh Pradesh Judo Sangh has appealed interested players to attend the training provided they have the consent of their parents. Training is being held from 5 am to 7 am.

Sangh president and international referee Sensei Arun Dwivedi and Sensei Anis Memon are guiding the training progarmmes. Black Belt holder Rahul Sharma, Vijay Sharma, Suraj Verma, Neelam Tiwari will be imparting training.

The main objective of the training is to make the players match-ready as they are out of touch for nearly nine months due to Covid-19 pandemic. Technical knowledge will also be given to the players for making them fit for CBSE and SGFI tournaments. Interested players can come with consent letter of their parents/guardians.
