Breaking the terms and conditions of the agreement, protesting farmers at Tikri and Singhu border broke the police barricades and attempted to enter Delhi.
Protesting farmers had agreed to take out tractor rally only after the official Republic Day parade at Rajpath is over. The Delhi Police granted them permission for tractor rally on the condition that their rally will only start after the Rajpath event.
