Chhattisgarh Governor submits report on work done by her in corona period

Governor Anusuiya Uikey submitting report to President Ramnath Kovind

Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey paid a courtesy call on President Ramnath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi on Monday. The Governor submitted a report related to work done by her during Covid-19 pandemic.

The Governor told the President that the entire world, including India, has been affected due to the Corona virus in the year 2020. All sectors, including social, economy, business, industries and education, have been affected by Corona crisis. Uikey said that the pleasant aspect has been that now it is under control and vaccination has been started in India.

“This success has been possible due to the guidance and instructions given by you from time to time in the Corona period through video conference,” Uikey told the President.  She said that according to his instructions, she has directed the state officials, social organizations, universities, Red Cross Society etc. from time to time. Along with this, Governor discussed various issues related to Chhattisgarh.
