MADHYA PRADESH, INDORE: In yet another case of Love Jihad, a Muslim youth named Farhan trapped a Hindu girl in a relation and molested her by using Hindu name “Rahul” in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is the first case registered under the Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Ordinance-2020.
The case has been registered under Section 3/5 under the new Ordinance with the Raoji Bazaar Police Station on the complaint of the victim girl. The Muslim boy used a Hindu name to trap a Hindu girl in love-affair and then went on to molest her.
According to the police, 21-year-old Farhan was cheating the girl and raped her on the pretext of marriage. But as the girl learned about his real identity, she lodged a complaint with the police. Since the passing of ordinance and implementation on January 9, 23 cases of Love Jihad have been registered including 7 in Bhopal Division, five in Indore, and 4 cases at each Rewa and Jabalpur and three cases in Gwalior.
