ABVP submits memo to Governor urged to reissue CGPSC prelim exam results

A delegation of ABVP submitting memorandum to Governor Anusuiya Uikey

A delegation of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) submitted a memorandum to Governor Anuduiya Uikey raising the issue of alleged irregularities in the preliminary examination of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) and urged to reissue the results after rectifying the mistakes in the model answer papers.

ABVP state secretary Shubham Jaiswal said that the CGPSC had conducted the State Service Examination (preliminary) 2021 in February this year. The revised model answers that have been issued after the claim are also found to have many errors. For example, the rainfall in Chhattisgarh is occurred due to south-west monsoon and it is known to all, but the model reply issued by the CGPSC has been misquoted. Answers to some such other questions have also been stated wrong in the model papers. This creates doubts in the minds of the examinees about the functioning of the Commission.

The ABVP has urged from the Governor that instructions should be given to the Commission to make the reference list of these answers public as soon as possible and correct the errors in the model answers to clear the suspicion among the candidates. Along with this, strict action should be taken against the officials and subject experts responsible for these errors while investigating the case and declaring the result again.  ABVP State organization secretary Pradeep Mehta, Aman Yadav, Aman Thakur were present on the occasion.
