JCC(J) declares 174-member new executive body

Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (J) reconstituted the organization which was dissolved after the demise of former chief minister and party president Ajit Jogi. The party called upon all newly appointed officials to extend all possible help to the needy in this Covid crisis so that no one remains hungry.

The new Executive Body of the party consists of 174 members including 32 Vice President, 3 General Secretary, 10 Department President, 1 Chief Spokesperson, 11 General Secretary, 2 Divisional Core Committee President, 5 Divisional Treasurer, 5 Divisional Spokesmen, 11 Joint General Secretary, 71 Secretary and 23 Organization Secretary, 38 District President and 39 officers of 9 newly formed ‘Ajit Jogi Morcha Organization’ with a total number of 250.

State President Amit Jogi said “Being the most newly formed regional party of the nation, we tried to create the youngest and most educated political organization of the country under the guidance of our National President Dr Renu Jogi and Legislature Party leader Dharamjit Singh.”

In JCCJ.2, 75% more importance is given to Scheduled Castes, Tribes, Extremely Backward Classes and Economically Weaker people in the state. Also, the balance between senior citizens and youth has been kept in JCCJ.2. The 75th birth anniversary of Late Ajit Jogi will be observed on April 29 in ‘Anugraha’, a month long ‘Surta Jogi Month’ till May 29 will be observed.

Amit said that JCCJ.2 will give 100% reservation to Chhattisgarhi in employment sector in the state, complete liquor ban in plain areas, Rs 2500 MSP to farmers, regularization of all contract employees, Rs 2500 monthly unemployment allowance, Rs 1500 to handicapped and aged people. A strong Lokpal law to tackle with corruption will be brought.  A full-time Chief Minister for Chhattisgarh in 2023 will be ensured instead of half-time.
