Vishwa Hindu Parishad steps to help people in COVID crisis

Amidst COVID induced crisis in Chhattisgarh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and its associated organisations have moved several humanitarian steps ranging from blood donation camp to distribution of free food for people in need.

As per information received, the Chhattisgarh unit of VHP and Bajrang Dal have recently conducted a blood donation camp in Bastar district wherein members of these organisations voluntarily donated around 50 units of blood in the last days. Similarly, the members of VHP and Bajrang Dal are daily distributing around 400 packets of free food to COVID-19 patients and people in need in Baloda Bazaar district.

Moreover, the members of the organisations have distributed free ration, mask and sanitizers to people in tribal-dominated Dantewada district. Likewise, the members also make people in restive areas of the district aware about the vaccination.

Along with blood donation and free distribution of food, VHP’s late Ashok Singhal Sewa Foundation is providing oxygen concentrators and others to needy people.

In interest of people, VHP and Bajrang Dal recently conducted a blood donation camp in Korba district of Chhattisgarh to mark the auspicious Hanuman Jayanti and the members in large numbers donated blood voluntarily.

Similarly, VHP and Bajrang Dal are hosting a series of campaigns to help people in this time of COVID crisis.
